So we found a way you can blonde your hair or roots just by laying out by the pool! It's a simple mixture that you can make easily at home with just a couple ingredients and a spray bottle! Here's how:
SUPPLIES:
Any type of spray bottle
1/2 cup of lemon juice (freshly squeezed or store-bought)
1/2 cup of water
First, make sure your spray bottle is completely empty. You do not want any products to be mixed in with it. Then, pour 1/2 cup of lemon juice into your spray bottle. After that, add 1/2 cup of water. This will make 1 cup of the "bleacher." If you don't feel like that is enough, you can make 2 cups by adding 1 cup of each etc. etc. Once you have finished the mixture and have shaken it just a bit, you're ready to go! You will then need to start at the roots as you will work your way to the bottom. Then, go out in the sun and lay out for approximately 20-30 minutes. Don't forget sunscreen!! You will need to use this mixture a couple of times for BEST results. If you are a brunette wanting a lighter brunette streak, use camomile tea rather than lemon juice. It's SO easy and SO cool! Not to mention quite cheap too (;

Monkey mini cake!
For the monkey you'll want to start out with about a 9'' circular cake pan. With chocolate or vanilla cake. After the cake is baked you will want to shape it so you will have to cut it how you want the monkeys face to look. Then you will frost the whole cake with chocolate frosting. As you can see around the mouth is an off white frosting. you will want to frost as shows. Under the eyes is white frosting, about 2'' long and 3'' wide.The nose is two raisins, and you will finish off the frosting part of this by making the mouth. The lats few steps are placing and pouring, The ears are two mini chocolate donuts. The eyes are chocolate covered mint cookies, I believe you could probably find something else if you'd like, and the last step is pouring the sprinkles for some hair and you're done! :) email us pictures if you tried this out and be sure to keep referring your friends! French Braid Ponytail (:
Hey guys, it's Ryleigh!
So, Ronnie and I took a shower (not together...) and she did my hair afterwards so it would be wet and easy to work with. She created a gorgeous design using a french braid and the classic ponytail. Here's a picture:
It's a very simple design. Here's a mini tutorial:
SUPPLIES:
2 hair bands
Some bobby pins
A brush
A comb
Optional: A hair flower
First, brush the hair thoroughly and part with the comb. Second, french braid the hair on both sides. Be sure to secure the ends with the hair bands. Third, undo the french braid until it reaches the back of the head. Then, take the left braid and swirl it around counter-clockwise ONCE and secure with a bobby pin or two. Repeat the same steps on the right side. Add your flower or clip for decoration. You're done!!!
